Three Weeks away from our 2026 ELR Finale!!!

October 3rd and 4th

The Light Class starts things off on Saturday morning, October 3rd shooting a regular style 31 round count 6 target plus cold bore match. Will be followed by lunch and season awards.

The Top 16 Shooters from the morning match are eligible to participate in the Head to Head single elimination cash match following lunch. The total round count for this match is 28 if you make it to the final two shooters.

T shirts are included with your registration but you must be signed up by September 21st to guaranty a shirt on match day.

Sunday will be the same schedule but for the heavy class.

The range will be open for practice on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before the match. Call Randy at 210-846-2502 to reserve a bay. $100 per shooter for a bay with a 4 hour time slot.

We are looking forward seeing everyone there and ending the season with some cooler weather!

The guys beat the heat...another great ELR Match day at White Oak Creek! ELR Heavy pounded the steel first and once again frequent top finisher David Lindsay brought home the banner with a 61.3% hit percentage including 2 impacts at 2 miles! Shooters John Ashworth and Jaime Daigrepont were on the podium with 51.6% and 45.2% as well. Props to 4th place finisher Mason Del Castillo, a high placement for a Rookie competitor! The temps and wind both picked up for the ELR Light crew adding to their challenge. Nailing 3 for 5 at 2800yds (along with 2 for 5 at 2500yds) propelled Team Arkansas Mafia member Terry Garrison to first place with a 58.1% hit percentage. Shooters Billy Connor and Brian Wurfel rounded out the top 3. Major thanks to Valdada Optics and Ivey Shooting for supplying the prize table with some big discount certs on their top-tier gear! Each classification will include a regular morning match, to be followed by a Head-to-Head elimination match for cash! (top 16 finishing Heavy and Light shooters will be invited to participate) More details to follow. Looks like the highest temps are behind us, enjoy the tail end of summer!

LET'S GET AHEAD OF THIS HEAT WAVE!! For tomorrow 8/22/26 ELR Match we want to get rolling as early as possible to stay in front of the Mercury. We're asking ELR Heavy shooters to roll in as close to 7am as possible, get zeroed quickly if needed, and be ready to pull triggers at 7:30am. ELR Light shooters should try to roll through the gate by 10am. We'll have plenty of water/Gatorade for y'all to stay hydrated, but we'll try to move through the roster as efficiently as possible before the triple digits hit!!

ELR August 22!!
Just under a week away from our August match, the last one before the season finale on October 3,4.
and we’ve got an announcement to make!

The shooting sport of ELR is more than a individual sport, it takes a teammate behind the glass to help get those impacts on plate. We have been blessed with a slew of new shooters this season and we have had a great group of shooters who consistently have been willing to help other shooters out with spotting that may be short their teammate for a day or haven’t developed a spotter/shooter relationship yet.
In doing so they are behind the eight ball and wore out when it comes time to shoot their own rally.

We are excited to announce that White Oak Creek has been sponsored by the Arkansas Mafia Crew with a spotting scope and we will be providing a full time spotter to float around the firing line and help those who are in need of one.

Let’s keep the good times rolling and the sport of ELR growing!!

ELR registration is now open for our August 22nd one day match! One more match before the season finale!
Heavy division will start it off this match with Light division following.

Save the Date!!
Our season finale will be October 3rd and 4th.
Light division will shoot on Saturday the 3rd and Heavy will shoot on Sunday the 4th.
We will kick each day off with our season finale regular style match. 31 Round Count
Followed by lunch and season awards.

After lunch we will have a head to head bracket style match. Top 16 Bracket will be set based off of the standings of the morning match. Single elimination match with up to 4 rally’s. The first rally will be a 2 target 10 shot string the final 3 rally’s will be 2 target 6 shot strings.
Potential total of 28 rounds if you are one of the final 2 remaining!
