What happens when weightlifting and gymnastics meet in the same WOD? 🔥
You get a pretty good test of fitness.

One minute you're moving a barbell—using strength, power, and technique.
The next you're on the rig—asking your body to control its own weight through pull-ups, toes-to-bar, or even muscle ups!

And doing both while you're tired? That's where things get interesting. 😅
CrossFit isn't about being great at just ONE thing. We train strength, endurance, coordination, power, speed, skill, and body control because real fitness requires all of it.

The fun part is figuring out where you're strong…and where there's still work to do.
That's why we keep training. 👊
