This morning we kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrated National Dance Day! For the next month, we’ll be taking short moments in our Zumba®️ class to learn, explore, and rediscover the importance of this rich culture and history that unites us in music and dance. It is FINALLY happening. The Ignite+ original class that kept us together and calm during COVID lockdown will be in-person for the FIRST time at Mclaren Fitness! Starting tomorrow, Serenity & Stretch will be on Wednesday 7-7:45 PM. Come for Barre Fitness at 6 PM and stay for Serenity & Stretch.
Calm and center your inner spirit as we focus on restoring energy and calm through guided, meditative stretching and mindfulness practices. This 45 minute class will allow for both standing and sitting stretches. Modifications are available for anyone who prefers to use a chair in place of sitting on the floor (Please let me know privately before class if you would like me to share any modifications). All classes will end with a moment of time laying on your back to complete the restoration of our inner calm (or sitting comfortably in a chair if preferred).
Please note: This is not a Yoga class.

Hello, hello! The forecasted weather for tomorrow includes some very strong storms with the potential for tornadoes. As we know, weather can be unpredictable and weather forecasts can turn out very different than reported. I will be monitoring the weather all day to help make a decision regarding the safety of holding our classes tomorrow evening. Stay tuned and hold on to your hats!
