This sound experience feels like stepping through a portal to a totally new reality. Join your fam for this special event facilitated by the one & only Gino Castillo!

🗓Saturday, May 23rd 6 - 7:30 PM
📍
🙏🏼$40

This session, created by Gino, embraces several healing techniques to help bring integrated wellness to our entire being. The stimulation from our own voice, paired with the sound of the gong and other instruments, and specific vibrations, support our body and its own ability to heal itself. ( homeostasis)

Sessions begin with centering and a simple breathing exercise to ground our body and bring awareness to the present moment.

We continue to continue with a guided humming exercise that stimulates our vagus nerve, and invites our body and mind to relax via the down-regulation of the nervous system.

We’ll then merge into a luxurious sound bath with Gongs and other instruments.

Our session ends with 5 + minutes of full silence, allowing our being time for integration.

Science shows there is a literal "sweet spot" for human happiness when it comes to temperature. According to research by Kampfer and Mutz (2013), there is a U-shaped relationship between temperature and life satisfaction.

When it’s too cold or—more importantly right now—too hot, our emotional well-being begins to drop, making it easier to experience emotional dysregulation.

Our Climate-Controlled Studio is Your Happy Place:

😁The Happiness Zone: While the outdoors might be pushing your brain & body past the comfort limit, our studio is kept at the scientifically backed "sweet spot." Stepping into a controlled environment helps your brain stop focusing on "thermal stress" and start focusing on your deeper needs.

🧐Mood-as-Information: Schwarz & Clore (1983) found that we often mistake the physical discomfort of being too hot for general life dissatisfaction. By cooling the body in our studio, you clear that "mental fog" and can see things more clearly.

🥰Proactive Regulation: High ambient temperatures reduce overall emotional well-being (Noelke et al., 2016). Our space acts as a proactive tool to reset your nervous system before the heat-induced irritability takes over (Rony & Alamgir, 2023).

Don’t let the heatwave hijack your mood! Come find your "sweet spot" in our air-conditioned sanctuary and leave feeling happy and refreshed.

Ever notice how your patience thins as the temperature rises? 🤔 It’s not just in your head. It’s in the science.

As we move into the warmest months, the "summer simmer" can lead to more than just physical discomfort; it can actually trigger significant emotional dysregulation. 😫

Research shows that high ambient temperatures are directly linked to reduced emotional well-being (Noelke et al., 2016). When the body struggles to cool down, our cognitive resources are drained, making us more susceptible to irritability, anxiety, and stress. 😡

Don’t let the temperature of the air dictate your mood. ✨Step out of the heat and onto your mat. Let’s enjoy the cool air together as we come back home to ourselves!

Spring has officially sprung! 🌸 While we all love the blooming flowers, the rising mercury can do more than just make you reach for an iced matcha—it can actually mess with your mood. 😅

It’s not just "the heat" making you cranky; there’s significant science behind it. Recent research highlights a clear link between increasing temperature and reduced emotional well-being. When it gets too warm, our brains have to work harder to maintain homeostasis, often leaving us feeling depleted or irritable. 😡

Escape the heat and the emotional dysregulation that comes with it! Join us in-studio every day of the week to breathe, move, and keep your cool (literally and figuratively).
