Now you can join us whenever you want.

For over 5 years we have been BUILDING BETTER ATHLETES. Now we are offering you additional flexibility. Everyone can now join us wherever you want rather than wait for a new 6 week cycle to begin. Your membership lasts for the whole month. You can continue your membership as long as you want (why wouldn’t you ?) or you can also take a break for a month if needed.

We still offer a 10 class pass for even more convenience.

AND we’re expanding our private and team training options.

School is back, fall sports are in full swing and we’re ready to make your young athlete FAST, STRONG & POWERFUL.

If your athlete is committed to being the best they can be then our private training program is what they need. Whatever their sport - basketball, baseball/softball, volleyball, football…even golf - we offer tailored programs to help them exceed the demands of their sport, maximize their potential and pursue their dreams.

Our private training is led by a coach in 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 sessions. We offer flexibility in session days & times to accommodate our athletes. We also offer in-season and off season programs.
