Free classes sponsored by local businesses! Whether you are a beginner, or a long time enthusiast, this class is for you! No need to dance every move perfectly! Our goal is for you to come to our class, feel accepted, be moving and sweating, working out with a smile! All ages and skill levels are welcome! We have Zumba Gold, a specialized class for the active older adult, beginner, or person that may have a physical limitation. Excellent class, that is truly for EVERYONE!! We also have Zumba Toning, for those wanting to shape and sculpt their bodies with light weights but still wanting that zumba theme! We welcome you to every class we have! Our passion is zumba, and our goal is to make it yours too!

Hi all! Amy and I decided to cancel tonight, 7/30/26. We are gonna come out of the shoot on Tuesday August 4th for our Twinning is Winning party! We are hoping that you'll all attend, but completely understand if the air quality is too bad for you! We want it to be a safe fun party! If for some reason it gets really bad next week, we'll post instructions as to what to expect! Pray for the fires to be put out and all the brave fireman to be safe!🙏🏻 See YOU next week!

ZUMBA class is cancelled for Tuesday July 28, 2026 due to poor air quality. The building is cooled with evaporative coolers and depends on air flow to work properly. We will watch the Air Quality Index to decide if we will have class on Thursday. With all the cardio this class brings, we want to make sure the air is safe! Check back here to see if we will have class on Thursday!
