Many of you have asked how you can help. well, here's your chance💪

Tomorrow after church we're moving the dojo out of its current home and we need all hands on deck. Big or small, everybody is welcome. Come hang out with us one more time in the place where so many of us sweated, laughed, and earned our belts. It's been one heck of a ride and we'd love to spend this last day there with our Phoenix family.
While you're there, come meet our MMA coach! They're now taking kids and have an amazing program where your child can keep training, just in a different light. They're already building confident young fighters.

It's also a great time to book private lessons with Sanzin Doriocourt or me.

If you thought your child grew with group lesson then youll be amazed by what they can achieve in private lessons. Thats where real growth happens. I've watched students, kids and adults alike, excel five to ten times faster in one on one lessons than in a group class. Every single minute is focused on you. I catch and correct mistakes on the spot, so bad habits never get a chance to form, and progress comes fast.

Every lesson is built around your goals. Want fitness worked in? Done. Want to sharpen technique, build real self defense skills, or prep for your next belt? That's where we focus. Not into katas? We don't have to spend time on them. You decide what your training looks like.

And yes, you still get to spar! You'll spar with me directly, and I can double book sessions so you have other partners to work with too.
I'm not going anywhere, and neither does your martial arts journey. I've loved watching every one of my students grow, and I want to keep helping you get stronger, sharper, and more confident. This is just the next chapter.

Hi! My private lessons are $30 for 30 minutes or $50 for an hour.

If you'd rather keep the group class experience, just let me know. I'll personally refer you to a local dojo that will take very good care of you.

Big news from Phoenix Rising, and I want you to hear it from me.
I'm gonna be real with you. After a lot of thought and a lot of prayer, Phoenix Rising Martial Arts will be closing its doors at the end of October. Our last day of classes is Friday, October 30.

This wasn't an easy decision. My family needs me home in the evenings right now, and I have to put them first.

Here's how the rest of October works:
Come to as many classes as you want from now until the 30th. Any class that fits your age group, as often as you like. Let's make these last weeks count.

Belt testings will be scheduled over the next few weeks. I'll post dates as soon as they're set. If your student is close to testing, let me know so we get them in.

Settling up: if you owe a balance, please get it paid as soon as possible. You can pay by PayPal, Cash App, cash, or check.

EFA families who paid past October: please reach out to set up a quick meeting with me so we can settle your account the right way.

Private lessons: I'm still teaching! If you'd like to keep training one on one, I'm booking private lessons moving forward. Call or text me at (870) 291-3740.

This dojo has helped me grow so much as a person, and it has enriched my life and my children's lives more than I can say. I couldn't have done any of it without each and every one of you.

This is a bittersweet parting. I love these kids like they're my own. I've loved watching them grow... learning focus and discipline, finding their confidence, standing up for themselves and for others, showing respect, pushing through when things got hard, and finding out they're stronger than they ever thought they were. Watching them earn those belts and walk a little taller every time has been the honor of my life.

This is not goodbye. This is bye for now. I'm only a phone call away, day or night.
