We offer yoga classes and workshops for all ages and abilities, with studios in Mountain View (1776 Miramonte). Our dedicated instructors have extensive training and many years of teaching experience. Yoga in the Iyengar tradition emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility, builds endurance, and develops self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to subtle aspects of posture and breath, mind and spirit.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, Lori Neumann and Patti Martin share practical ways yoga can support bone health, balance, and steadiness for those living with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Drawing from years of experience, they’ll explore weight-bearing actions, thoughtful sequencing, and everyday choices that help build confidence and trust in the body over time.

Iyengar Yoga Therapy: Endometriosis
This workshop is taught in English and translated to Polish.
Iyengar Yoga can be effective in helping to cope with and alleviate symptoms of endometriosis. In this course students will learn asana practices to break up adhesions caused by endometrial tissue and to cope with: pain with bowel movements/urination, excessive bleeding, low back pain, abdominal bloating, general fatigue, depression and anxiety.
Please note: this workshop is prop intensive, and therefore best for CIYT or those able to practice in a studio with many props available.
