Not enough words to describe how proud I am of
Yesterday he competed in his second AO Finals. First one was in 2018!
Yesterday he Sn**ches more than he CJ when we first started working together!
He went 4 for 6 lifts with PRs across the board with 126kg Sn, 161kg CJ and 287kg Total. He took a good attempt at 130kg in the Sn and Cleaned 164kg only to miss the Jerk. His Total today of 287kg was a 5kg PR and as impressive as that is we had 294kg on the bar today.
This year he has been pushing hard to back to his best and clearly way beyond. We had a less than perfect last 7/8 weeks and almost pulled out. We had to go day by day for a few weeks, but here we are!
2022 now it’s time to take a few weeks rest let the body and mind heel up. And then watch this space for some much bigger numbers next year!
Never doubt yourself Marvin, believe in yourself more than I do!

So old they only had black and white photos! At least I know that’s what a few of you will be saying so, once again I win and beat you too it!
This photo was from 1998 a few months before I moved before I moved to California. Great times, and great memories training with and .calvino.official at Crystal Palace
Don’t get to go back to England very often but when ever I do I always get to catch up with my WL family and friends. I still have that suit but there is no F chance you will get a photo of me in it now!

Looking forward to catching up with my old friend tomorrow at the last chance Qualifier for the National Championship week!
Can’t believe these photos were almost 10years ago at the London Olympics. We both watched a ton of amazing lifting that year and no matter what happened in recent years to career he was simply out of this world in London. And of course we both had to take a pic with Sergey Syrtsov 2x Olympic Silver medalists and one of the best Sn**ch lifters of all time! That may or maybe not have been in a pub (definitely). And what followed was a really funny story involving the police and handcuffs but that’s for another time! Hahah

Excited to see .brown.214 and aka Jason Marks makes some PR lifts to@or row and qualify for the Nationals!

If you want to learn more about our programs and how we can help you qualify for a National champions please DM right away. We have a new program starting in 10days. So don’t miss out on taking your lifting to the next level.

Big man won’t be competing this weekend at the last chance qualifier. But that hasn’t stopped him continue to make big strides and progress this year. With a lifetime PR CJ last week at 102kg. To go along with his Lifetime PR Sn in the same workout. It’s safe to say he is taking care of all the little things that we have been working. We had talked for a long time about getting him this position to make these lifts and a lot more in the coming weeks and months!
Great work Geoffrey, more to come for sure!

If you are interesting on how we set these Goals and PRs for Geoffrey or looking for some new programming we have many options for you to help you reach your goals! DM me for more details.

aka Jason Marks,
Getting ready to compete next weekend. We have had a fantastic training cycle and a ton more PRs.
This was pretty special to see a 170kg Front Squat + Jerk!
Over this last training cycle we have been doing a number of sets and reps with this complex. Ranging from 3 reps in the Squat and 1 rep in the Jerk, and down to this weeks Max FSq and Jerk and here it is. Great work Jason.

If you want more information on our latest training program or one of our many other programs and training option. And you are looking for some programming. DM for more info on how we can help you take your lifting to the next level.

Simply amazing! To see training video of his 225kg Sn this week.

2015 was the first time I had seen him lift and it was hugely impressive the way the Sn this 207kg on his 3rd attempt.
It was almost like he simply picked the bar up off the floor then now the bar is at my knees I’ll Sn it. So simply.

I am pretty sure most people will agree that we all knew watching him lift over the last few years that it was just a matter of time we get to see that 225kg.

But I have three questions!

1) Why post this now? Clearly this was weeks or months before the recent European Championships?

2) Has anyone Sn 200kg or more. More times in competition?
2015 -2021, 6 yrs taking his Sn from 190kg to 223kg.

3) Seriously how much can he Sn DL and just for the hell of if some some of conventional DL?
