Mukwonago Community Library will be closed for Staff Development Day on Friday, August 14. We will reopen for our regular hours on Saturday, August 15 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Back by popular demand, we're bringing you another Murder Mystery Night on Saturday, August 15 from 6:00pm–8:30pm. This time we have an all-new case to crack - Mystery on the Orient Express! This event is free and open to adults – no experience necessary. Registration is required and dressing up in costume is highly encouraged!Registration opens Saturday, August 1 at noon.

Congratulations to Library Board President Howard Pringle for 60 years in libraries!

Howard started as a shelver at the Waukesha Public Library on June 13, 1966, later became Associate Director, and was instrumental in building the Cafe Catalog we use today. After retiring, he served on boards including the Bridges Library System Board and the Mukwonago Community Library Board which he joined in April 2016. We are grateful for his dedication and decades-long support libraries!

Department of Workforce Development (DWD) will be moving to a new time starting Thursday, August 13!

DWD will be in the History Room every 2nd Thursday from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM. Stop in to receive assistance with job searching, resume creation, interview preparation, and more!

Nancy has been a vital role in keeping our Metaspace running smoothly and organizing the amazing makerspace programs we offer. We are always amazed by the beautiful creations that come out of the Metaspace every day!
