How do you get your arms summer ready you ask?

Open press night is this Thursday from 5-8pm! Join us for this free printing event, we supply everything you need to make a poster. No experience necessary. Also this month we are taking diaper donations for Heart of Indiana United Way if you are able or willing to donate, please bring the donations Thursday. If you have prints you want to pick up from the steamroller event, feel free to drop by as well.

Here’s a little preview of the magic from last night. The steamroller event this year was so much fun! I’m so thankful that the community has embraced this and showed up in such a huge way last night. There was so much creativity and excitement. Thank you to each of you who participated and a huge thank you to everyone who volunteered to make this happen. I have to give a shout out to how great of partners have been in making the event happen. More photos soon.

Today is the day! Join us at Walnut and Charles St from 5-8pm to see all the creative prints that everyone has been working so hard on. If you didn’t carve anything but want to create something we have some things available for you to print as well! Watch us print, grab a drink from (they are in the same lot as them), and thank you to for being such great partners in making this all happen.

The steamroller event is tomorrow you say? I suppose I should keep carving. All things are possible with the proper hydration. Join us tomorrow from 5-8pm in Downtown Muncie! We will be on the corner of Walnut and Charles.

Join us this Thursday from 5-8pm for the Steamroller Event! We are excited to join the Brink of Summer Artswalk for the second year. We will be located in the parking lot on Walnut and Charles (the photo of the lot with the mural). Watch what everyone created come to life or print one of the boards we have for anyone to print. If you would like to volunteer let us know!

The steamroller event will be here before for we know it! If you would like to help make the magic happen sign up to volunteer. You’ll help with inking, putting paper on and off the boards, and creating fun. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting ink on. Sign up at the link below.

Join us for Open Press Night tomorrow from 5-8pm. Come grab a treat and celebrate the shop being in Muncie for 10 years and the shop turning 148 years old! Paper and ink are provided by us making this a free event for all. No experience is necessary.

10 years ago today I became the new owner of Tribune Showprint. I had no clue what I was really getting into but I was excited for the future. I had no idea how many tears there would be some days but large victories the next, how many absolutely amazing people I would meet along the way and now call friends, or just how special it is to keep this slice of history alive and running for the next steward. 10 years both seems like a long time and a blink of an eye. More equipment has been added, a shop bunny, and a community of cheerleaders. Thank you to everyone who has supported us by buying posters, joining us on Open Press Nights, coming to create and make your own works of art come to life, and simply being there when we needed an extra pair of hands. Here’s to many more years of celebrations and keeping this shops story alive. There will be two opportunities to party with us. One will be at open press night and one at the steamroller event.
