My name is Morgayne Foley. I have my bachelors in Exercise science from Ball State university and am attending school in the fall for a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I started helping with Cardinal wellness periodically when I was a junior in college. My job is the do exercise testing and data entry. I believe in exercise helping people to maintain quality of life and it can improve several aspects both physical and psychological. My experience at Cardinal wellness has helped me practice and perfect my skills that I will need for the masters program.

My name is Isaac Hehmann. I am currently a senior at Ball State University in the Exercise Science program. I strive to help others achieve better health and quality of daily living through exercise. I teach resistance training class at Cardinal Wellness from 7 to 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays to help individuals improve their strength, confidence, and overall health.
Resistance training is especially important as we age because it helps maintain muscle mass, bone density, balance, and functional independence, allowing us to continue doing the activities we enjoy throughout life. Come stop by for strength class at Cardinal Wellness on Mondays and Thursdays from 7 to 8 pm!

Miss Felecia Rice will be teaching this class for The City of Muncie Parks and Recreation Department. The entrance fee to get into the pool is $2.50. They only take cash. YMCA members no longer get in free. Starts Wednesday, June 10th!
