PSA for those with wells! If you had flooding, treat your well and get it tested. Stay safe out there friends! ✌️🐢🛶

If you live in Marion County and suspect YOUR well water was contaminated in the floods (or that your wellheads were submerged or in contact with floodwaters), the Marion County Health Department is recommending shock chlorination and then calling their office for free testing at 317-221-2266.

If you live outside of Marion County, contact your local health department.

We had another great day here at Turtle Crossing! Several of our kayakers reported seeing the male Bald Eagle while out on the water today.
We also have a NEW COURSE RECORD: Set by Bart Simms. The time to beat is now 3 hrs 40 min with a river level at 4.27’ in downtown Muncie. GREAT RUN, BART!!!
While waiting on kayaks to come back, our tree guys showed up and busted @$$! 2 trees down, 2 trees pruned up with several dead limbs removed, and 2 more topped out and ready to drop tomorrow. Plus 99% of the cleanup is done too! Whew! What a productive week it’s been! Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend!
