Now, I know this is asking for A LOT. And when I say "A LOT," I mean like 3 whole seconds of your day! Time is precious. But, would you please go to this link: https://www.facebook.com/BallStateSportClubs and 'like' the page. If we reach the goal of 1,221 'likes,' then Rec Services will provide EACH sports club with $50. We can do a lot with $50! It will just make your experience THAT much butter. And who knows, maybe you might get useful information and updates from them after liking their page. Thanks so much and see you all tonight at the indoor trainer session!

Some things have changed regarding the winter indoor training sessions:
Where: Ball Gym (behind the Cooper Science Building) Room #019 (bottom floor on the left)
Parking: Free starting at 7pm at the Meters in front of Ball Gym
When: Monday and Thursday from 7:30pm to 9pm (be sure to come as early as possible to get situated) - January 13th to February 20th (6 weeks/12 sessions)
You also have the option to park at 7pm and come to the room to exercise beforehand. We have hand weights, bands, steps, and jump ropes to use.
Cost: FREE to ALL Students and Non-Students (Donations for the BSU Cycling Team will be graciously accepted)
What to bring: Water Bottles(at least 2-there is a water fountain outside of the room)/Energy Drink/Food, Towel (optional), Bike (optional), Stationary Trainer(optional)-we have 2 extra for use if you need one
We have plenty of very nice spin bikes(spd pedals and cages) if you do not want to have to bring your bike and stationary trainer
What to expect: We will be properly warming up and warming down. In between that we will be focusing on interval training to raise your lactate threshold, VO2 Max, and Overall Power. It will be difficult to say the very least, but it is only as hard as you make it. We will have a training plan written out for everyone to see while they are riding and loud, motivational music for the hour and a half. We will provide GU Energy Gels to those who want it as well. If you want to get in shape for the upcoming season, make the commitment and come. You will be in the best shape you've ever been in by the end. It is much easier to ride indoors with other people to help motivate you to work harder. It gets hot in there too, so prepare to sweat!
