Our athletes traded chalk for shopping carts today as they learned how to make smart, budget-friendly choices to fuel their bodies and their sport. 🍎🥦🥩

A huge thank you to Dr. Beals for giving our team some real-world Supermarket Savvy for Athletes! We loved turning the grocery store into a classroom—and discovering that the right fuel can be just as important as the right routine. 💪🏼❤️
