This is a glimpse of the beginning of a week long yoga retreat. We are gathering here in Gaintza, Navarre, Spain (Perinea House) to celebrate the Solar Eqlipse over Spain. We are honoring the earth, our ancestors and one another as we awaken to our true selves.
Lisa Kuriscac began her study of yoga with me in 2009 and she has continued with Thomas Fortel, Judith and Lizzy Lasater and is now in training with Crisálida Yoga Center in Segovia, Spain.

Dear Friends, After forty-one years of teaching yoga classes. This is my final week of teaching weekly at Alive Wellness Studios. It is with great enthusiasm that I invite you to follow the Alive Wellness Studios page and, I encourage you to look forward to the soon to be launched website that will highlight several of Muncie's fine Yoga Teachers.
