Behind every team you see on the court, there are people working just as hard behind the scenes and this senior Sunday, we want to give some well-deserved love to our Senior Basketball Managers🏀💜

These seniors may not show up in the box score, but their impact on this program is undeniable. From setting up practices, managing equipment, keeping things organized on game days, helping the players stay ready, and doing a hundred little things that most people never see — they have been the steady, reliable backbone of this team.

Being a manager takes dedication, patience, and a true love for the game and the program. Long nights, early arrivals, and always making sure the team has what they need to succeed. They do it all without asking for recognition, simply because they care about the Bearcats and the people in this program.

Your presence will definitely be missed, but the impact you’ve made will last far beyond this season.

Mt. Vernon comes into tonight ranked #3 in 4A, but this is Indiana tournament basketball where records and rankings don’t mean a thing once the ball is tipped. The Bearcats have been battle tested all season, and when they play together, defend, and trust one another, they can compete with anyone.

This group has shown heart, resilience, and the kind of fight that represents what Bearcat basketball is all about. Now they need Bearcat Nation behind them more than ever. Let’s pack the stands in purple and show these young men that the entire community is riding with them.
