Free firewood! 10x 48x 2 poplar target boards. Come to the side loading dock. Take as many as you want, first come first serve. Some have some old screws in so handling with care at your own risk. In the yard behind the camper, there's a stack of dried logs from a dead oak tree just taken down in August. These are also up for grabs, have no screws.

Ok, based on what responses I've gotten, Fall Rec 2026 league will stay on Tuesday night BUT will be a singles format instead of doubles. You can now egister either as advanced or rec, meaning you have the option of throwing WATL format or remaining on Rec scoring. No handicapping needed. and it won't affect your averages. It will be simple and, I think, a fun twist! Further, you get to track your progress on an axe throwing.org for free.

What's new in summary:
* New Basswood boards to reduce drops!
* Singles format
* Option of throwing Rec or WATL rules
* League trophy for champion
* 1st, 2nd, 3rd also get AoF t-shirts.
* Real time stats and standings on app
* Payment plan ($32 every 2 weeks)
* Only pre throwing allowed

What is the same:
* Tuesdays at 7pm, open at 5pm for practice.
* Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
* The Dreaded Drop Jar
* Raffle of Drop Jar funds

Cost to join is $125 for 8 weeks ($15.50/week). Now have an option to make payments in 4 installments every 2 weeks.

RE: Rec League starting Tues., Sept first. Responses on the comments greatly appreciated.

1) Several I spoke with mentioned a move to Thursdays instead of Tuesdays, same time. How many are for or against this change?

2) Some others have proposed switching from a team to singles competition . Who is for or against this?

3) How many are planning on joining this Sept league? Is this decision based upon 1 or 2 above?

Responsesare greatly appreciated and help us plan this better to accommodate as many as possible and maximize your experience.

The Axe of Faith Muncy PA Season 3 WATL Hatchet Marathon is in the books. Many thanks to all the competitors that came out and made it lively and competitive.

RESULTS:
1st Place: Stewart (formerly of Las Hachas)
2nd Place: Bittenbender (Axe of Faith)
3rd Place: Myers (Axe of Faith)

Honorable mentions:
Allen Park for coming out of retirement to make a rare and special appearance, AND for Bringing Armstrong for his first ever competition.
Bastian, owner of Hatchet House for representing Williamsport putting up a great performance on his first ever WATL competition.
Weyandt and Schafer (both formerly of Las Hachas, Pittsburgh) for making the long trip.

This Saturday and Sunday for some World Axe League action, all 8 weeks packed into 4. If you have a conflict with any of the days, come in and pre-throw because the WATL Scoring App can't handle post throwing.

Puttin' on a little clinic for the fine folks at Quaker Steak in Bloom last nite. They hire our trailer out each year and it's always fun with these folks. Love showing folks the tricks behind throwing. Worked the crowd with JT John-Thomas JT John-Thomas Henninger and Dathan Inman coming in to close out the place. It's definitely fun to take this thing out to folks regardless it's family or company events. It's great when you see their faces light up when they finally get it down.

If anyone is looking for an attraction for an event, let me know. We're taking bookings all Summer.
