We had a fantastic turnout and an incredible afternoon on the mats. One of the highlights was having a total of 6 female black belts training together! The experience, knowledge, and positive energy in the room were truly something special.

We rolled, we laughed, we shared stories, and finished the day by shopping some adorable goodies from It was the perfect way to spend an early afternoon surrounded by strong women who love Jiu-Jitsu.
