Most men never start because of a deep rooted subconscious belief of not being worthy. And many that do start, struggle to finish because of a similar rooted belief that they aren’t good enough or don’t deserve to accomplish what they desire…

I’ve spent over 15 years training and coaching and seeing first hand all the psychological beliefs people will stick to in order to never change.

It’s not that they don’t want to change, it’s the “old self” once stopped being fed, can be quite loud and hard to let go of unless you know how to start feeding the true self you know you are…

I spent another decade prior to my 15 years training and coaching experiencing the lived experience of sport, which was always much more mental than physical for me, thanks to my Dad who was always teaching me the power of the mind.

Guys, another nutrition tip might help you, but it’s not going to change your life.

Shifting your inner world and changing the atmosphere of your mind, however will yield changes to how you approach your daily habits, your daily needs and wants, and ultimately altar the world around you.

So no wonder when you approach your life with “I’d never invest that into myself,” that you are in such a place of discontentment. It’s that very mindset that got you to where you are today. That mindset trickles to every other area of your life.

Encouraging you, to go deeper this weekend, go past the surface level bs, and challenge yourself with someone to actually stimulate real change in the life you are desiring.
