GRIND HOUSE BOXING:
“THE FINAL ROUND”
After almost 7 years… this one isn’t easy to write.
Grind House Boxing started with a vision, a grind, and a whole lot of belief. What it turned into was something way bigger than a gym — it became a family. Day in and day out, we showed up together, pushed each other, fought through life, and built something real. 7 years of blood, sweat, sacrifice, and showing up on days when it would’ve been easier not to.
Grind House Boxing was never just a gym. It was built in the dark — late evenings, mornings, late nights, injuries, doubt… and still choosing to open those doors every single day. Nothing about this was given.
But life moves, and so do we.
I’ll be relocating to North Carolina, and with that, Grind House Boxing will be closing its doors.
This place gave me some of the best years of my life. The sweat on the floor, the wins, the losses — all of it mattered. And every single one of you who walked through those doors was part of that story.
To the ones who stayed consistent…To the ones who showed up when it was hard…To the ones who became family…
Thank you.
This isn’t the end of the grind — just a new chapter. And if there’s one thing this gym taught all of us, it’s how to keep moving forward no matter what.
I’m relocating to North Carolina, and Grind House Boxing will be closing its doors May 23.
There’s no clean way to say it. No easy way to walk away from something you poured everything into. This place changed lives — mine included. It built fighters, not just in the ring, but in life. People came in broken, tired, lost… and found something in themselves they didn’t know was there.
That’s what made this place real.
To the ones who showed up when nobody was watching…To the ones who kept going when it got hard…To the ones who became more than members — you became family…
You are the reason this place meant something.
While my daughter was in the hospital for 30 days, everything got real. Sitting there, day after day, it changes your perspective. What matters. What doesn’t. What you’re willing to hold onto… and what you have to let go of.
Understand this though — the GRIND doesn’t stop. It doesn’t live in four walls. It lives in YOU now.
This chapter is closing. That’s the truth.
But what we built? That doesn’t go away. It’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later. Go out and do BIG THINGS because YOU CAN!
Much RESPECT. Much LOVE.
