Hate I couldn’t stay in BG but it was time for a change. I’m leaving my 🦍’s in good hands like Allstate. To everyone who’s showed me love and support it’s greatly appreciated. Thank you to each and every parent who gave me an opportunity to pour into their child’s cup over these years. I will visit and try my best to keep up with you all this coming season and school year. But the past few years have been draining and I need to focus on myself and my health. So RugGd Training and Travelis-Vel Duncan are hitting the reset and relocating to Murfreesboro TN. 1 % better everyday the RugGd Way!
