Core and coordination!

Draw markers on the corners of your mat and see if you can keep your core right when rolling towards them, push hard with your arms to come into standing position!

Let's bring a little balance to the day!

Grab a sturdy ball, I'm using a basketball.
Put the ball in the grass and stand next to a fence to hold onto while you get your balance. Commit to hopping on.

Find your center, align with gravity, and try some squats. It's fun and hard! If you start to fall, commit to hopping off with hands out.

Safety first:
The bigger the cylinder, the more challenging.
The smaller the plank, the more challenging.
Pro tip: center yourself first, keep your core engaged, and use your arms out for balance.

Who can score the most points?! Make it competitive by adding variation with different sizes and weights of balls. You'll need a score keeper 😉

The ladder challenge!

Ok safety first: make sure you're on even ground, make sure ladder is locked into place, if you have someone to anchor the legs, use them, when in doubt, bail out!

Once you get the hang of it (pun intended) see how many variations you can do! I'll be honest, I was watching firefighter training videos this morning 😃💪🔥

It's a gorgeous day and just about time to plant seeds and strengthen your pinch strength!

Try carrying your watering can or bucket just by pinching the handle. Adjust the water weight as needed 😋 variation: pinch pull all the weeds out of the garden lol
