Help us give a warm welcome to another of our new Dance Works instructors Taylor! We are so happy she’s joined the Dance Works family! With over 18 years of dance experience, Taylor has trained in both competitive studio and high school dance team settings. During this time, she competed in Florida for nationals twice.
As a member of MTSU’s semi-professional dance company MPAC, she has choreographed numerous pieces and worked with dancers of various levels. She is passionate about creating engaging choreography while helping dancers build confidence, technique, and artistry.

Big welcome to one of our newest Dance Works Inc. instructors Cara! We are so excited that Cara joined the Dance Works family! Cara began her dance training in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a strong foundation in ballet before continuing at Scenic City Dance Studio, where she trained in contemporary, hip hop, ballet, and lyrical. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Dance from MTSU where she was a member of the MTSU Dance Team for three years.
Cara trained in pro-style, hip hop and jazz and competed at the national level each year. In her final season, the team earned a National Championship title in Showdown Rally. She has also taught masterclasses at Cannon County Arts Dance Studio, sharing her passion and experience with younger dancers. Cara is excited about teaching and inspiring the next generation of dancers and brings energy, creativity, and dedication into every class she teaches.

Is your little one ready to start dance classes? We have openings in our Teeny Dancers classes for little dancers 18-24 months old. Mom or Dad, you’ll attend with your child. We use props, mats, and sing-along songs to allow each parent to help his/her child develop motor and coordination skills in a fun, structured environment with a Dance Works instructor.
It’s a perfect opportunity for babies to get in on the dance fun before they are old enough to join a class on their own. Dancers are required to wear ballet slippers or bare feet; adults are required to come barefoot.
