Hey All! My name is Lori. I am a mom to 4 boys and married to my best friend. Our boys are 17,15,11 & 2. We all love to hike and kayak. It just made sense.

WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER HIRING A PERSONAL TRAINER.
Many people think of personal training as something to avoid. They may have seen too many reality TV programs with PT's bellowing out the orders and seeing the poor individual collapse in a sweaty heap. That is not personal training – that is something else.

Yes I will challenge you to get results if this is what you want and therein lies the key. What do you want from your sessions? Personal training is exactly that. It's personal. It's about where you want your health and fitness levels to be.
