Hey All! My name is Lori. I am a mom to 4 boys and married to my best friend. Our boys are 17,15,11 & 2. We all love to hike and kayak. It just made sense.

I decided to become a personal trainer and health coach after I went through some hard times with my health. I have been a runner since 2012.
