🚨 TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS 🚨

And we’re nowhere near finished.

Take a look at the difference between these two photos. Her waist and midsection have tightened, her shape is more defined, and her lower body is developing. What stands out most is the consistency behind it.

No quick fixes. No perfection. Just a plan, intentional training and nutrition, accountability, and showing up week after week.

This is still a work in progress.

The body is changing. The confidence is growing. And there’s still more to do.
