Kung Fu San Soo is a Chinese fighting art perfected many centuries ago. Therefore, San Soo is not a sport and not used in tournaments or competition.
The combinations of kicks, punches, strikes and leverages are based on scientific principles of physics using balance, coordination and timing, making San Soo extremely powerful and effective.
