A key factor in fat loss!

My birthday is next month! Every year I do a birthday fitness challenge. Typically, I will do 30 days but I completely let the days get by me sooooo, we're doing a 21 day Fitness Challenge. This CHALLENGE begins November 1st (next Saturday). Find a partner and have fun! You can do your own workouts but you have to workout no less than 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. So for example, I would make my 3 days resistance/strength training and do 2 days of either a HIIT, cardio, cycle, etc. Aim to walk/run/jog at least 30 minutes a day with 2 rest days a week. Remember to stretch, hydrate, fuel and listen to your body. Make sure you're cleared by a physician to do any type of exercise. Again have fun and remember this is a CHALLENGE. If you need accountability, grab a partner. You've got this! We've got this!
I would suggest to go ahead and start making small changes now so when next Saturday comes, it won't be everything cold turkey unless you like doing that to yourself. Lol
