In case that does not provide enough lighting or ventilation, there are two "Big Ass" fans and 6 radiant heaters, as well as high intensity fluorescent light fixtures to allow comfortable and convenient enjoyment, hot or cold, rain or shine, day or night. The absolute best in dustless/synthetic footing was used to ensure the maximum safety and comfort for the horse and rider. The outdoor ring measures 120' x 290' and utilizes the same synthetic footing as the indoor arena. There is a 1-mile, tree-lined, perimeter trail for riding around the entire property, with gorgeous views of the Tennessee landscape. Closer to the barn, there are four small and four large grass turn-out paddocks. For security and liability purposes, the entire facility, inside and out, is monitored by cameras. The secure front gate ensures maximum safety, security, and privacy for all.
