CCS Silat machete/ golok free flow movement. When you practice to flow make sure to incorporate as much of your material as possible. When you are having trouble coming up with ideas or if you start to feel like you are losing precision, slow down. Every time I walk in the school I do some sort of flow or kembangan. CCS Golok/ Machete applications for our Cimande blocks 1-13. These are bladed applications for empty hand concepts. They work well because of how Cimande moves and the range the blocks are done at.
