Closing update! The north studios last day of classes will be October 26th!

It with good vibes only but a sad heart that we announce the North Studio will be closing at the end of October. October 31st will be the final class. The lease has expired on the studio, and so we will be upgrading the South and Smyrna studios and adding more classes to their schedules to accommodate all our Yogis from the North Studio. Classes will continue as normal through the end of the month!!!

October's cooler temps have the North Studio bringing the heat! Busy schedules with school back in swing have us adding a restorative option on Monday nights at 7pm. Bring a friend with you for free all month! Tuesday night 7pm Hot Barre is cancelled while Robin is on maternity leave!
