Nobody Knifeworks

Give her a hurl. Behold the humble Hurlbat- I initially made these as a custom order for a throwing venue however I realized I still had a few blanks and decided to finish them up (I generally cut a few extras for larger custom projects). These are available if interested let me know I currently have (2) available.

Time’s Arrow flies. Perhaps the most iconic design of modern knife throwing- “The Arrow” was popularized by or as I call him simply “The GOAT” and has since been pushed to the absolute limit by countless other makers and throwers alike. For me the design is a lesson as well as a challenge. The challenge is to push yourself each day to be a bit better than the person you were the day before; such that when you look back along the flight path of your own time’s arrow you can be proud of how far you’ve come. The lesson is- that pursuit, much like the Arrow design itself, truly is timeless. Feel free to ROAST me in the comments friends for the absolute BE**ER that was my first attempt at making an arrow. I may just have a prize for top roast… Nobody knows 👀.

Sometimes we forget what have. Definitely true for these- found these blanks tucked away on a back shelf while cleaning out the shop and decided to make them shine.

Turns out boxled LIGHTNING from our friend and extremely talented thrower . In all seriousness thank you Josh; it’s funny I had this conversation with another friend who makes knives not long ago. Ironically one of the nicest gifts I can receive as a knife-maker is a custom handmade blade because I know EXACTLY how many man hours I DIDNT have to put into making the beautiful piece in front of me and instead I can just sit back and enjoy.
