Trainer Tip Tuesday (with a side of humor): Bulgarian Split Squats 😜

“Whoever invented the Bulgarian Split Squat clearly had a personal grudge against leg day.” 😅

Love them or hate them, Bulgarian Split Squats are one of the best exercises for:
✅ Building stronger glutes and quads
✅ Improving balance and stability
✅ Correcting muscle imbalances between legs
✅ Boosting athletic performance

The good news? The burn only lasts a minute.
The bad news? That minute feels like an hour. 😂
