Brad will truly be missed and remembered for his incredible passion, dedication, and discipline in the gym. His presence was a meaningful part of our Hells Gate Gym community, and we are grateful for the memories and time we shared with him.

Our deepest condolences and heartfelt wishes go out to his loved ones during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Brad. Your dedication and spirit will not be forgotten. 🤍🕊️

3 TOP WORK OUTS FOR LEG DAY🔥 Most of the times the basics are what works the best. We focus on control, squeeze, stretch and take the best out of each repetition.

My client Ceydy is a great example of hard work. When she comes to our 1-1 training sessions we don’t expect any less than push hard and bring the best out of her💪🏼
