Utah Gives and the Larry H Miller Family has selected our nonprofit, Lotus Pond, to participate in the Utah Youth Sports Giving day to help raise funds to support our communities and ensure Utahs youth can attend athletic activities like our martial arts school.

We’re excited to announce that Lotus Pond is participating in Utah Youth Giving Day!
This Fall, Utah Youth Sports Giving Day will bring communities together to help get more kids in shape. We will be raising scholarship funds so more youth can participate.
The giving window is Sept 12-26. Stay tuned for more details!

Fall Black Belt candidate training starts tonight, Wednesdays at 7:15pm.

Start preparing for the fall Black & Blue tournament now. Make sure you are bringing your sparring gear to designated sparring classes! There may be pushups involved if you forget your gear. 😎💪🏻

Our last training camp of the summer is crushing it! Great job everyone. Today the class completed a 10 minute seated meditation. It was awesome!!
