Tai Chi is often called “meditation in motion” because it combines slow, intentional movements with deep breathing to calm the mind while strengthening the body.
Whether you’re looking to improve your balance, reduce stress, increase flexibility, or simply move in a gentle, mindful way, Tai Chi is a practice that meets you where you are.
✨ Benefits of Tai Chi include:
• Improved balance and coordination
• Increased flexibility and mobility
• Better posture and body awareness
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Enhanced strength and overall well-being
No experience is necessary!
Just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to move.
📅 Starts THIS SATURDAY, August 1
🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us in giving Robin a warm welcome and discover why Tai Chi has been practiced for centuries to support both physical and mental wellness. We can’t wait to see you there! 👏
