Here is a little on towel drill. Every so often, someone online comes along to question it; it's understandable, since they usually don't have the knowledge or the research at hand. Tom House and National Pitching have been studying it for decades and using it effectively. Tom had originally learned of this in Japan while working with pitchers.
The reason we still use it, it works. It is without a doubt when done consistently and with conviction the single most impressive thing I’ve seen as far as “nerve patterning” improvement.
It looks strange to some and unconventional, but it works.
Here is a fun video that might give you a chuckle but over the course of a year this young athlete Jax McCann worked each day, usually just 5-10 minutes. Look at the transformation of his nerve patterning. This is no coincidence, this is the Myelin Sheath Wrapping around the nerve and directing them to the correct path.

The following ranking puts our current OTZ Fire 14u-National team 102 in the nation (formally 13u-White under Coach Cam). Now this team enters a new era where they compete at the highest level tournaments in the region and country. This will allow growth for the players. Watch for them as they climb the rankings!
Perfect Game continues to showcase outstanding youth baseball, and Upstate South Carolina showed up in a big way!
Congratulations to every team earning a Top 10 finish in the final points standings. Your hard work, talent and dedication continue to put the Upstate on the map!
The teams featured in this graphic earned their national rankings out of 3,072 total teams competing in the Perfect Game 13u AAA & 13u AA classifications. Their accomplishments are something to be proud of!
