Just over a week ago, we wrapped up the 29th Annual Family Golf Week, and we're still reflecting on another incredible event.

Nearly 900 participants joined us at Sea Trail Golf Resort and across 9 participating golf courses for one of golf's most celebrated traditions. From the World's Largest Father & Son Team Classic to the Family Team Classic, it was a weekend filled with competition, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.

A heartfelt thank you to every participant, guest, volunteer, sponsor, and staff member who helped make this year's event a success! Save the date for the 30th Anniversary next July 15-17, 2027 at Sea Trail Golf Resort again!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Chef Juan Mesa to Regional Culinary Director for East Coast Golf Management!

Since joining Sea Trail Golf Resort as Executive Chef more than two years ago, Juan has been a driving force behind our culinary operations, bringing exceptional leadership, creativity, and expertise to our team. His ability to elevate guest experiences, manage complex operations, support teammates, and consistently deliver results has made a tremendous impact on our organization.

In his new role, Juan will oversee culinary operations across Sea Trail Golf Resort, Rivers Edge Golf Club, and International Club of Myrtle Beach, leading kitchen workflow improvements, seasonal menu development, financial performance initiatives, and culinary excellence throughout our managed properties.

Juan will continue serving as Executive Chef at Sea Trail while helping guide the culinary teams at all ECG-managed locations.
