Golf Outside Operations Team Member

Bear Creek Golf Club is nestled in a private, gated community in Murrieta, CA. We are one of the finest private golf clubs in the area and our members are proud call our course home.

If you enjoy golf and providing excellent customer service, this is the position for you!

The Golf Outside Operations Team Members will:

welcome all members and guests to the course in a professional manner
remove golf bags from member’s car and place on cart
provide members with clean and fully stocked golf carts
share any course information with members and guests that will give them the most enjoyable experience
ensure that the facility is clean and orderly at all times
perform periodic cart maintenance and minor repairs
service the practice facility by driving the range picker, setting the facility for play and replenishing supplies

The ideal candidate will:

have a current, valid driver’s license
work effectively as a member of the team
take initiative to identify and meet members’ requests
be at least 18 years of age
have experience in customer service
Have knowledge of the game of golf is a must!
