Good morning friends and family, we've got some great donations that are coming in but I still need to fill up this calendar.
Dylan and his team will be headed to Cooperstown July of 2024 and with this GREAT experience comes GREAT expensesβ¦7-10K PER FAMILY π²

Going forward for fundraising we will be doing football squares, a hit-a-thon, and I do have some sponsorship packages I will be sending out to some of my business owner friends and family. We are a nonprofit organization and have a tax ID number to provide for tax write-off purposes. βΎοΈ π§’

The following exercises can be done with a set of light to medium weight dumbbells.......
XBody-Curl: 10-12 reps
Tricep Kickback: 10-12 reps
Front Delt to Side Lat Raise: 10-12 reps
Arnold Press: 10-12 reps
Perform 3-5 rounds of these exercises with 30-60 rest in between sets.
