Barn Break Reminder ๐Our next Barn Break will be June 29th through July 4th.
As a reminder, no make-up lessons will be offered for lessons missed during our scheduled Barn Break from June 29th through July 3rd. This time is built into our annual calendar and tuition schedule, allowing our horses, instructors, and staff a well-deserved opportunity to rest and recharge.
However, because July 4th falls on a holiday, students who miss a lesson scheduled on July 4th will be eligible for a make-up lesson according to our regular make-up policy.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope everyone enjoys a fun and safe holiday week, and we look forward to seeing you back at the barn soon! ๐ด๐บ๐ธ

What a fantastic day of learning! ๐ด๐จ
Yesterday, Blossom Hill Pony Club had the opportunity to visit Empire Farrier Supply for an incredible behind-the-scenes tour all about hoof care and the farrier profession. Our members learned about the tools of the trade, different types of horseshoes, and the fascinating process of caring for a horseโs feet.
One of the highlights was getting to explore model horse hooves, allowing the kids to see the inside of the hoof and better understand its anatomy. It was such a hands-on and engaging experience that brought an important part of horse care to life!
A huge thank you to SoCal Region for organizing another outstanding educational opportunity for our members, and to the team at Empire Farrier Supply for sharing your knowledge and passion with the next generation of horsemen and horsewomen. We are so grateful for experiences like these that help our riders grow in both horsemanship and understanding.

A perfect pony in every color? Yes, please! ๐๐๐ด
We might be a little biased, but we think Blossom Hill Ranch has some of the cutest lesson horses around! From tiny ponies to gentle giants, each one has their own personality and so much love to give. ๐ฅฐ
Our horses are more than lesson horsesโฆ theyโre confidence builders, best friends, and memory makers for so many kids who walk through our barn doors. ๐โจ
Which pony color would you choose? ๐๐

A typical day at horse camp is packed with adventure, creativity, confidence building, and so many sweet barn memories ๐ค๐ด
Campers start the morning learning hands-on horse care like grooming, tacking up, and getting their horses ready for the day. These moments help kids build responsibility, confidence, and a true connection with the horses they love.
Next comes everyoneโs favorite partโฆ riding lessons! Riders spend time in the saddle learning new skills, practicing balance and steering, playing mounted games, and building confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.
Of course, camp wouldnโt be complete without lunch with friends. So many friendships are made at the barn through shared laughs, pony stories, and fun moments together between activities.
Our horsemanship workshops give campers the chance to learn beyond riding. From horse breeds and colors to tack, safety, anatomy, and horse behavior, kids leave camp with real knowledge and a deeper understanding of horses.
When the weather heats up, the fun continues with water games, splash activities, and outdoor play that keep everyone laughing and cool during summer camp days.
And we always make time for crafts and creativity! Campers enjoy themed projects, painting, hands-on activities, and special keepsakes to bring home from their week at the barn.
The best days really do happen at the barn ๐ค
