Last but most certain not least, introducing our second 26-27’ Varsity Coach!

Hi, I’m Coach Nickel, and I’m so excited to be entering my ninth year with Murrieta Mesa Cheer & Stunt! I’m also proud to be a PE teacher here at Mesa and love being part of such an amazing school community.
I’m a proud mom of two grown children who are both thriving in life. Outside of school and coaching, I love spending time at the gym, going to the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
I’m an original Murrieta OG, having moved to the area in 1989 and becoming part of the first graduating class at Murrieta Valley High School. My passion for athletics and performance started at a young age through gymnastics and dance. In high school, I transitioned into cheerleading, which opened the door to opportunities including competing on the Palomar College Coed Cheer Team and being part of multiple All Star teams.
My coaching journey began while I was still in high school, teaching gymnastics and choreographing routines for Murrieta Pop Warner. I later became a UCA staff member and have spent the past 30 years coaching across all levels and styles, including All Star, sideline, competitive cheer, and stunt. Throughout my coaching career, I’ve had the privilege of choreographing hundreds of routines and celebrating numerous championship wins with the athletes and teams I’ve coached.
I truly love our staff, our athletes, and the program we’ve built here at Mesa. I’m incredibly grateful to continue doing what I love and look forward to another successful, fun, and memorable year with Murrieta Mesa Cheer & Stunt!

Introducing one of our Varsity Coaches!

Hi!  I’m Coach Erica and I’m so excited to be part of the Mesa Cheer Staff! I’m looking forward to another year full of fun memories and learning!  I’m extremely privileged and blessed to work with such passionate, driven, and kind athletes!

I was born and raised in Texas where I was involved in various sports since a very young age.  My love for cheer began in middle school and moved into high school.  While in HS I was a 4 sport athlete involved in cheer, volleyball, basketball, and track. I also earned a black belt in martial arts while competing and teaching self defense classes for women until I was 18. I have lived in Temecula for 25 years where I raised my 3 kids.  They are adults pursuing various goals and enjoying life! Outside of cheer, I am active in my church with youth/young adult mentorship and mission trips.  I love going to the gym, traveling, gardening, hiking, and watching sunsets (especially on the beach)!

I’ve been coaching cheer for 20+ years in various levels of sideline, traditional competitive, and Stunt,  I currently am a USA Stunt Offical and continue to enjoy learning about this emerging sport!  

I’m looking forward to this new season and can’t wait to see you on the sidelines!  Go Rams! 🐏 📣 💚

Introducing our 26-27’ Junior Varsity Coach!

Hi Rams! I’m Coach Kaeli, and I’m so excited to be coaching JV this season! I’m 25 years old and have cheered at the middle school, high school, all-star, and collegiate levels. I also competed in STUNT throughout high school and college. During my athletic career, I earned one NCA Cheer National Championship, two USA Cheer National Championships, three STUNT National Championships, and a STUNT Conference Championship. My favorite skills are Diamodovs and three-level pyramids, and I can’t wait to share my passion and experience with the team!

Outside of cheer, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, as well as master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Counseling. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. In my free time, I enjoy working out, being with my family, and spending time with my new baby girl. I’m looking forward to helping our athletes grow, building lasting memories, and having an amazing season together. Go Rams! 💚🤍

Introducing our 26-27’ Freshman Coach!

Hello everyone! I am Coach Hoffman and I have had the pleasure of coaching the freshman team. I am twenty-two years old and have been cheering for seven years of my life. I have done high school, allstar, and collegiate cheer. Some of my favorite stunts are switch-ups and high to highs. I am also UCA staff. I just graduated college with a bachelors degree in psychological sciences. In my free time, I like to go to the beach, read books, and do word searches. I am also a big foodie so being able to travel and taste different foods while sightseeing is one of my favorite things. I look forward to this season and having a great time with the girls. Introducing our Freshman Coach!

Hello everyone! I’m Coach Hoffman and I have had the pleasure of coaching the freshman team. I am twenty-two years old and I have been cheering for seven years of my life.
