This is precious ! one of our Parent and Me dancers gives a big yawn at the end of class but demonstrates her technique. ;) Her grandma was in charge today and did a.great job !

Tonight I'm going to ride my bike in my neighborhood with glow lights. if anyone would like to join me even if you are not lit up , please do ... we want this to be a fun family event if you can make it to my neighborhood.

You can always ride today and glow up for the next ride!

If you have glow necklaces or bracelets that's always an option too or flashlights attached to your bike.
