CARS.. not the movie. Look it up! An everyday exercise to increase your mobility and initiate muscles you may not know you’re lacking. Do this everyday and you won’t need a chiropractor!

Practice the correct motions at a slower pace, change speeds, feel pressures, go backwards, mix things up. Increase coordination to get faster.

BOUNDING has multiple benefits in producing optimal running mechanics including working on plyometrics and full extension in the back leg. It is essential to encourage full extension and neutral ground contact when bounding. Starting with smaller bounds and working up to larger and more run-oriented bounding.
