When we give our dancers the opportunity to think for themselves, problem-solve, and figure things out on their own, amazing things can happen. 🩰✨

As dance teachers, it can be tempting to give students every correction, every answer, and every step. But sometimes, the best thing we can do is step back and let them use their own brains.

Let them figure out how to clean a combination.
Let them problem-solve when something isn’t working.
Let them make a mistake and try again.
Let them make choices as artists.
Let them learn to trust themselves.

Dance is so much more than memorizing choreography. It teaches discipline, confidence, creativity, perseverance, and independence.

Our goal is not to create dancers who always need someone to tell them what to do. Our goal is to create dancers who can walk into a room, listen, think, make adjustments, take ownership, and believe in themselves.

Because when we give our students the tools and then allow them to use their own minds, that’s when the magic happens. ❤️

Mobility & Balance Class
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10 AM to 10:30 AM with Mary Switzer!

Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion in this fun, supportive, low-impact class! Our Mobility & Balance class is designed to help you move with greater confidence and ease while building strength for everyday activities.

Using chairs for balance and support, participants will work through gentle stretches, mobility exercises, balance movements, and simple strength-building exercises. The chair provides stability when needed, making this class a welcoming option for a variety of fitness levels.

Whether you’re looking to improve your flexibility, maintain your independence, strengthen your body, or simply feel better when you move, this class is a great way to stay active in a safe and encouraging environment.

Come move, stretch, strengthen, and feel your best!
No dance or fitness experience necessary—just bring yourself and a willingness to move!
$60 per month for all fitness classes unlimited usage. $10 per class drop in.
