Classes Start January 4th 2021

BE PREPARED ... JUST SAYING... BAAHAHAHA

All 6:30 classes
Monday/Denise = Zumba Toning (80% fitness)
Tuesday/Brooke = Strong (hiit by Zumba NO Dancing)
Wednesday/Denise = Burn 🔥 n Build (strength cardio core)
Thursday/Brooke = Zumba Step (choice of using a step)

These classes are set at intermediate levels but will show modifications for all beginners. Because we all must start somewhere 💜 ... Limited class numbers so sign up at the Carolina Forest Rec. Center.
