Nothing like having Coach Mike Frazier (Fraz) in our indoor facility helping our sixth and seventh graders get stronger and faster! These young athletes put in work last night, building a foundation that matters as they get closer to high school.

Development goes beyond hitting, pitching, and fielding. Learning how to move well, build strength, and improve conditioning is another important part of becoming a more competitive athlete.

At this age, the focus is on proper technique, age-appropriate resistance, and good habits they can build on as they grow. Every session is an opportunity to prepare for the demands ahead.

Coach Takeover brings the energy and attention to help these young athletes keep progressing. Love seeing our players invest in their development and put in the work!

Over a dozen athletes put in work at our defensive camp last night inside our indoor facility. A lot of reps, a lot accomplished, and another opportunity to get 1% better.

Love seeing these young athletes put in extra work during the season—sharpening their fundamentals, building confidence, and taking what they learn into their next game.

Week 5 is here! Another Tuesday night under the lights in the Carolina Elite Sports Fall League! ⚾️🔥

We’ve seen quality pitching from St. James, exciting players from Socastee, electric swings from ACA, and impressive performances from our travel group. Every week brings more competition and another opportunity to watch these athletes grow.

Tonight, we’re back at St. James High School and Ripken for varsity, JV, B-team, and youth action. First pitch is at 6 PM!

One of our favorite parts of the youth fall league is mixing up the teams during the week. Our 9U–10U players get to play alongside different teammates and learn from different coaches within the program.

Sometimes a different coach explains something in a way that finally clicks. A new teammate becomes a friend. A player gets an opportunity at a different position and discovers something they didn’t know they could do. That’s what makes these nights valuable.

With our 11U–12U B-team players and high school groups competing too, there’s plenty of baseball to enjoy. More reps, more confidence, and more opportunities to develop and elevate.
