Most athletes get excited about jumping.

The best athletes learn how to land first. 💥

Box Depth Drops are one of the best foundational exercises for developing body control, improving deceleration, and preparing athletes for more advanced plyometric training. Before you can produce force efficiently, you need to learn how to absorb it.

When performed with proper technique, this simple drill can help athletes:
✅ Improve change of direction
✅ Build safer landing mechanics
✅ Develop balance and body awareness
✅ Create a strong foundation for jumping and sprinting

💡 Coach's Tip: Don't chase a higher box. Master the movement first. Consistent, high-quality reps will always outperform sloppy reps from greater heights.

📌 Save this drill for your next training session and follow us for more performance tips.

She showed up every single day. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just work.
In ONE month with Butler Athlete Management, Grayson Williams turned her grind into undeniable results:
⚡ Quarter Mile: 1:19 → 1:09 (-10 seconds)
⚡ 40 Yard Dash: 5.54s → 5.21s (-0.33 seconds)
⚡ Shuttle: 4.65s → 4.53s (-0.12 seconds)
That’s not luck. That’s what happens when the right program meets the right mindset.
Grayson trusted the process — the training, the nutrition, the recovery — and her times speak for themselves.
If you’re an athlete who’s ready to stop guessing and start seeing real results, this is your sign.
We have training AND nutrition plans built specifically for your sport, your body, and your goals. One month can change everything.
