Its almost Friday everyone! We've barreled on through the start of the school year and this year we are choosing to do things a little different this learning season. Each month all of our Gi and NoGi jiujitsu classes, kids and adults, will focus on one concept. Doing this will provide a cohesive learning experience for all and allow us to really dive into building solid games.
This September, its back to school, back to the mats, and back to the back! We will dive in on getting to the back, keeping the back, attacking from the back, and escaping the back.

🌊🥋 THE NEXT WAVE IS HERE! 🥋🌊

Yesterday we welcomed our very first Teen Jiu-Jitsu class to the mats, and we’re stoked to see where this new wave takes us!

As our youth program continues to grow, it became clear that our older kids were ready for their own space to learn, train, challenge themselves, and grow together.

We’ve got the mat space.
We’ve got the coaches.
And we’ve got a crew of kids and teens ready to flood the mats and make some waves! 🌊

Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than learning how to grapple. It builds confidence, discipline, resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm when things get tough. These are skills they’ll carry with them long after they leave the mats.

So if your tween or teen has been watching from the shoreline—curious about Jiu-Jitsu but a little hesitant to jump in—this is their sign. 🤙🏽

Come catch your first wave with us, find your crew, and start building something that lasts.

Teen Jiu-Jitsu is for:
🏄 Ages 10+ with prior experience
🏄 Ages 12+ with no experience needed
🏄 Through approximately ages 14–15

The workout was brutal, the company was great, and our Friday night cardio kickboxing was nothing short of a good time. The mats were packed! Lets keep that momentum through the rest of the school year
