Great job everyone at the Thang Ta Seminar this morning! We started with wood sticks and moved up to using the Thang Ta swords. 🤩 Coach Alice and Coach Erika did a great job. If you missed this seminar, be sure to sign up for the next one. It's a lot of fun!

Yes indeed 🙏

In martial arts, we know every student walks into class carrying something we may never see. 💛
Some are fighting battles at home.
Some struggle to fit in.
Some learn differently.
Some battle anxiety, fear, or self-doubt.
And some just need patience… kindness… and someone who believes in them. 🥋
That’s why we are more than a martial arts school.
We are a FAMILY. 🤝
We train together.
We grow together.
We rise together.
A strong team never leaves anyone behind.
We encourage each other when things get hard.
We protect each other when someone feels weak.
We celebrate every small victory because every step forward matters. 🔥
The truth is…
One kind word can change someone’s day.
One encouraging teammate can change someone’s confidence.
And one supportive community can change a life. ❤️
At Empty Hand Combat, we teach kicks and punches…
But more importantly, we teach respect, compassion, leadership, and heart. 👊
Be kind.
Be patient.
Be the teammate someone needs today.
🥋🔥
